Wow, could one more guy stand in front of Skinner on that play?

Wow... the Oilers look like absolute junk so far in this one.

Montreal has a team that is half minor leaguers, and they are running them out of the building already.

Wake the eff up.

Draisaitl looks like there is something seriously wrong. I don't know if it's an injury or something else, but his legs are barely moving in this game. Get the guy a walker already.

Looking like he may need to try to win 2-1. After watching us score 6 last night (morning) with Campbell letting in multiple stinkers.

I'm wondering if two 10AM starts in a row has finally taken too much of a toll. How does the league let this kind of thing happen?

Oilers should start a couple games per year against eastern teams at 10 pm

Well the turd was inevitable, at least they grunted it out against an out of conference team. Allen made 3 or 4 good saves, but this one the level of play isn't near good enough.

Edit: ah good. Now they can stop

Watched this oilers game probably 100 times since the Tambo age. Team doesn't try until they are down 3-0 and the other team relaxes. Then if we manage to get close we die off again when the other team wakes back up.

I just don't understand how this squad is inexcusably terrible when they should be absolutely crushing a team like this one.

And they give up another one as I type this message out.

5 - 2 for the Habs. Toss in the white towel; this minor league team is too much for our Oilers.

Hopefully the team is suitably embarrassed after this one.

So this is really ugly. Just a terrible game from start to finish.

But as bad as the team has been, Jack and Louie are worse. Just shameless water-carrying out there. "You know, people don't realize how hard it is to play against a team missing half its regulars!"

And then waxing on about Jake Allen as if he's been the entire difference in a game where we've given up six...

Planning super bowl party on the bench

Knowing a win would put them first in the division also made it a trap game
