Pisses me off that even with the luxury of all those 1st overall and other high picks and decades to build a team, we’re chasing 2 expansion teams.

Anyway - huge game again. Catching these guys is getting less and less likely, but we need to keep pace with the Kings and Kraken (ugh) at least.

Bring the same relentlessness and we will be fine. There has been quite a few good periods of hockey played by the Oilers lately.

How fitting would it be for the Oilers to have a surprise name on tonight's lineup....in Vegas... being Evander Kane.....

All jokes aside, I think Vegas is a lesser opponent than the Kings....not to mention the Golden Knights are banged up with no Mark Stone, etc etc. Will need to outwork these guys on the 2nd half of a back to back to get this win...lez do it!

I’ve mentally thrown out the last two games. The four points count but they weren’t against competitive teams.

He meets with doc on Monday, will have a more defined timeline after that. He wants to play Tuesday v Kraken, but Holland believes it’ll be the Canucks game (a week from today) or CBJ Jan 25.

It's hard to believe that a hand/wrist cut so deep that nerve damage occurred would heal this quick. But it's not an injury that we see often in sports so I have no prior reference point. Any doctors on here?

Is Stu back? or are we rolling with Campbell for the 3rd time in 4 nights? or are we giving Pickard a thrill?

Stu isn’t back with the team yet.

Campbell goes. No yamo again. Same lineup as last night in San Jose

How many times have we sheeeet the bed in games like that. Not just 4 points, but dominating performances. That effort can beat any team in the league and unfortunately the playoffs have started in January again for the boys.

Dominating teams allows us to rest the stars late in games. Keep it up!

We’ve got Oscargasm who has his ace in the hole mole. We need more details and insider knowledge.

Our very own Frank Seravelli.

I'm Duncan Keith now. All leadership and very little on ice ability.

Pssssh, once Smith and Kostko got in a groove for a few games, we never had to worry them again.

It's less expensive and there is more upside. The pain is in it being locked in for so long. Best case is Stu becomes dominant and Campbell is an outrageously expensive backup.

Jack Campbell is only 30. The best could still be yet to come for him too. Beats having a 40 and 34 year old with no upside at all and only decline.

You are correct. Next year it gets more expensive, my mistake.

I still have concerns with the duo.
