I don't trust any Forbes list or anything on these unless they spell out how they're calculating it. If it's just based on his known earnings? Then there's not much to it.
I mean, I don't even know if he owns the winery and distillery or just licenses his name to them. Here's what it says on the website:

That's really not clear whether he's THE owner, a minority owner, or not an owner at all...just suggests there is an association with him somehow.
