Well we have money to spend, no excuses to have any weak spots now.
Everything should be on the table to make the team immediately better. Money, picks, Holloways and Bourgaults etc.

Actually this even more dangerous.. hard to overpay on contracts with money you don't have.. its cap enforced budget.. forced to grind out contracts.. now that they have the cap, this is where you need to be even better at cap management, and grinding.
