What a battler!

You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you can get a lottery pick.

I'd be thrilled if we could play a little in their zone now. The last 10 minutes have been tilted towards our net.

Only saving grace is that we aren't allowing a lot of great shots against.

Also not loving seeing Foegele out instead of Puljujarvi. That's a couple shifts here.

Yup, Foegele is a play-killer tonight in the O zone.

Deep enough in your net battler?

I've noticed that a lot with Smith lately. He's so deep in the net that even some of the saves he makes I worry are going to be counted as goals. I wonder if that's him over-compensating for a lack of mobility due to the injuries?

Chrissakes tighten your chinstrap Nurse.

Horrible outcome, Oilers deserved better than Team NHL sharting the bed in this one.

That was a gross OT. Nothing went properly.

The president thinks he has the ideal male body.
It's hard to disagree that he has the ideal male body.

A lot of Oilers were shown by the Avs how to play committed, winning hockey. Nurse was one of the players that should take note.

Don't know if I agree with that, but I would agree that the Avs looked like they wanted to lose less than the Oil did.
