I’m very glad Koskinen is starting just because it means he can’t go back to back.

Not a good penalty for a player trying to crack a lineup. And a followup penalty. Pls kill it off.

Heck of a PK.
RNH has developed into an elite penalty killer. Zero good chances on a 5 on 3 for him, Ceci and Nurse.

He will never be a shut down guy but hopefully he get get the offence back on track. The same hope I have for many other Oilers who have finally scored recently, it will be nice to have consistent secondary scoring.

So those patented Drai backhand rink-wide passes do work every now & then. Most of the time they just result in turnovers.

Benson registered 2 shots on goal! Not overly dangerous ones but the goalie had to make a save. Might be a career game. I hope someone from the Oilers has the shots recorded so they can add those highlights to the entrance video they play to get fans pumped up.

RDOilerfan registered 2 posts on a weekend! Not overly intelligent ones but the members here had to read them. Might be the least intelligent hockey fan on the web. I hope someone is taking screen grabs of them as the amount of times he is incorrect will make for a fantastic end of season post.

Definitely. Like they screwing up the Wallstedt pick, they also made the wrong call keeping Koski here and sending Skinner down imo.

Time to see what the "new" Oilers really have in them.
A SHG and PPG in short order can be demoralizing. Tine to see if they really have what it takes to stay in games when things stop going in their way.

The Oilers PK collapsed into to such a tight box in that last sequence. All four defenders were below the hash mark giving the jets too much space to move the puck around.
