Unrelated to this game really, but interesting listening to Gregor yesterday afternoon and he had a guy on there from Montreal sports media, 680 radio or something, he sounded like your stereotypical Montreal mouthpiece. Sounded a lot like that eastern lawyer that has a regular bit on Nielsen's show....could have been his brother in terms of his voice, lol. My goodness, there's Edmonton media, then there's Montreal media. Saying stuff about Carey Price, his availability, his wife as his line of communication, other Montreal players, including Petry. Not too diplomatic. There's Edmonton media talked about all the time here and I get that, but I think there are certainly greater levels of what annoys us here. Not that we should be grateful, but it could be worse. Can't be fun to be a Hab these days.
Back in the day, fans depended on connected media as the sole source of information. There was no other way. Much less the case now.
I wonder if EK will be made available to Montreal media.
