She really made that her own, didn’t she?

Just glad she wasn’t singing 2 anthems tonight. Still be singing.

I never want to be the guy yelling "shooooooot" on the PP but that was a LOT of perimeter passing.

I am liking Kosko's puck tracking tonight. Has been square to the shot and reacting early to most shots so far.
Even the one where he broke out the Russell starfish, he knew where the puck was.

Looked like a PP, but with more shooting...

Getting out of the 1st without allowing a goal is a moral victory. That said, still time to allow the 1st goal for the tenth straight game.

Notes; Koski bailed out a substantial Bouchard brainfart.. Yamomotown gets collapsed like a cheap lawn chair and turns it over for a break the other way.. man Foegle sure doesn't have a scoring touch.. Koski playing solid so far.. defense is making it hard on themselves, and Kosk, lots of turnovers.

Forwards making Spencer look like a starter, too many shots to the logo.. LD with a snipe post-clanger..

Pretty sleepy 2nd til that feed from Connor to Yams. Pretty close.

Considering where the team is at, pretty big lack of urgency, it's bothersome.

Bouchard and Nurse are a bad pair.

I saw that goal coming.. dopey play after dopey, lazy play, like they're out there playing summer hockey.. as soon as I saw Peterson coming down the wing I had a bad feeling.. zing.

Doesn't look like a desperate team out there, which they are, some players on that team play way too comfortable.

Keith has been nothing better than terrible tonight.
Long shot but likely that Kosko was screened. An NHL goalie should make that save more often than the Oilers do.
I really wish the Oilers wouldn't give up so much space at the blue line. I am pretty sure Ceci was into the face off circle by the time Petterson took that shot.

Tippet was asked about that during a presser, he said they are specifically coached NOT to give up so much ice.. but yet they do.

Bouchard can't let a guy get behind him on PP.
and Kosko needs to make that save. Just let it go through 5-hole.

The guy has no defensive awareness, its a 2 on 1 and he's playing the trailer?????
He let another guy in behind him in the first, Kosko bailed him out on, Bouchard is a mess.

non of the D seem able to do more than provide screens in front of 19. That said, 19 has got to stop some of those... That said, 19 did stop at least a fist full of shots from the slot when the D were nowhere to be found. icon_neutral

At least we know Barrie would have done the exact same thing, or worse.
