Stu Skinner just leaks goals. I'll take Kostko.
Oilers win tonight despite awful goaltending.

You’re funny.
In fairness to Hall, I've wanted to throw a waterbottle at Eakins all season.

It's ok, I drink too much during games as well and make silly statements.

He's been good in 2 of 9 starts (WPG and CBJ), he was a non-factor in the CHI game where they went up 4 in the first, and he was bad in 6 (DET, BUF, DAL, SEA, BOS, SEA).
3 goals on 17 shots in unacceptable. 2 of those were on him.
Koskinen has been good outside of a short run in November and 4 games in December. I expect he's tired (which is why Skinner has had 2 straight starts).
This team needs Smith back. Skinner might eventually be good, but he needs time in the AHL to develop. He's still quite young for a goalie.

Stuey!!! Another team plays much better in front of him than the Finnish yeti.
First goal was weak souc. But he made a 5 alarmer that was just wonderful.

...after the first one, SKINNER stole this game. IMHO And he doesn't handle the puck like a live grenade.
...this time, it's for real (isn't it?).

Great win. Very pleasant surprise.
Win is even more important as it comes before a schedule suspension.
Awesome work from the support players, maintained high effort level, quick skating, few mistakes.
Foegle rose to the occasion, looks like he'll be able to produce in the top 6, he was playing Hyman-like
Skinner with the very weak 1st goal, but shut it down after that, At least one highlight save. He's looking like he can take a full time NHL backup spot.
