Knock Giordano out for the season.

To preserve 97.

Yikes Russell. Did he make three mistakes on one goal?

29 wasn't really hard on the puck. At all.

While I didnt see Draisaitl give an A+ effort he seemed to be put into an impossible position, along with Bear, on back to back screw ups by Russell.
I will have to watch it again closer but that one looked 90% on Russell, 5% each for Bear and Draisaitl.

Where did that rush from Russell come from???

I had to look three times to believe it was him carrying the puck that deep. Credit where it is due, that was a great play and nice finish by Neal.
Secondary scoring is always good times.

Markstrom sieved out nice there.

Did the Oilers dodge a bullet?

Imagine having this Markstrom at 6 million and the 4.5 million Koskinen contract right now? 10.5 million in goaltending garbage.

I would be combing my hair with a shotgun.

Wow, the refs after a non call on a crosscheck to 97s chest in the first are taking over the game.

I'm not liking how many Oil passes are going for icing. It's a sign of their fatigue- hopefully they have something left in the tank with which to try to come back in this game. At least they won't be shut out like last time.

I've seen enough of Kahun, freaking Marody or Benson could do a better job, Kahun would probably be lucky to have 3 goals if he were in the AHL

McLeod needs to move up asap. Shore & Haaaaaas move to center until Khaira comes back.

RNH looking really dopey 5v5, ineffective, disengaged, kind of like the play-in last year..

Yamo looks like his hands turned to cement, if you can't finish kid you're trending bottom 6.. get it together bud!

Oil looked like crap.

Only guy firing is McD, as usual.. zero support..

Good grief, 4 or 5 minutes straight of 'loading it up' didnt seem to do much for chances. Loose play and a goal against Everyone else should be fresh for the PP but the 2 best players.
