I wouldn't mind seeing McLeod get a shot on McDavid's wing. Kahun hasn't done a whole lot there, and McLeod certainly has the wheels to keep up. Not sure if that'd mess up the C position too much though.

I hope your right. The fact they still say Mathews should be considered for the heart trophy on TSN overdrive is a travesty. He will get the Rocket but lets be honest, Mcdavid is doing things no one else on this planet can and is running away with the scoring title. 100 would make it impossible for these clowns to suggest otherwise.

Through a game and 1/3 I am ok with Kulikov. He is big upgrade on Russell.
I dont like that he is yet another defenceman that doesn't have the poise or vision to make an outlet pass.

Ugh, he turns the puck over and lets the Jets tie the game....

Boring personal fact. I worked at a Shell station when I was 18ish. That was the last time I bought one!

Jets are getting burned by the officials a bit in this period.
I predict the Oilers will be on the PK in 5....4....3....2...

I have to agree. Normally I think the other team is getting away with some. I think we have that edge tonight and I'll take it considering I see it the other way so often.

Partially agree. Grading on a curve they have been real good, just by being a competent NHl line they earn that.
I have been trying to watch McLeod closely and he has played a very simple game. That isnt a criticism in any way. He isnt mistake free but when he does make one it doesnt cause much harm.

Yeah, and aside from the one bad gaffe that led to the Jets' tying goal, the D has been solid in front of him tonight.

Ah yes. 3 McPoints.
It’s all that was on my mind during the goalie pull. Not the Jets getting it tied up.
Does this make me a bad Oiler fan?

Hmm, anyone do the calculation on what his total would be if he scored at his current pace in a regular 82-game season?

146.55. Huge numbers. Ppl will put an * beside this cause they want to for everything these days, but that is an amazing pace in todays NHL where everyone is bigger, faster, and more skilled. So lucky to see him play.

I ordered a jersey the night he was drafted. I live in New Market and that year I was able to get his jersey autographed on both sides and then got it framed. I did not get it notorized. Anyone know where to go in Ontario to get it authenticated? It was a never worn jersey from his rookie year.
