Whew, killed the penalty and made it to the buzzer.

One more period. Please don’t try to sit on a 3-1 lead Tippett.

Go for throat!

well, this game is certainly a "statement" game vs the new(?) SUTTER FLAMES. It would kinda put them out of the picture. Considering the OIL have 3 vs the HABS coming up. icon_nod

I’ve been saying it for awhile. With every game being a 4 pointer in the schedule, teams will be ‘in the picture’ longer.

Since the Lames commentators all say they helped us score our goals I guess we just have to accept this is the #LingeringWardEffect. Definitely no fault of Sutter who will remain undefeated.

Still 4-3 Flames if we go by goals that the Flames helped create vs ones Oilers did on their own.

A little shocked that the Turtle and his mates haven't spat the dummy out and started to agitate the Oilers, but this is well worth the early start... I'm going to have a grin like the Cheshire cat all day now..
