Tippett commenting on how hard P.Russell has been practicing and how hungry he is on the taxi squad. I am not a fan of him being in the line up but at the same time if you want your taxi boys bringing and pushing, you have to give them a carrot once in a while I guess. Fingers crossed I am pleasantly surprised with Russell.

I want to cheer for Russell, but we all know he will never score until he finds a way to play AGAINST the Oilers, not for them.

That's a given. In an Oilers uniform he can get multiple wide open nets and miss. Once he's no longer an Oiler, I fully expect an end to end dangle, top corner where he out races both McD and Nurse.
