Is there some rule that if your team already has a powerplay, opponents can just do anything to your star player on a breakaway and not get called?
Really seems like a theme with this bush league officiated hockey league.

Can someone here who is a goalie give me the logic on that move? I did that crap in floor hockey for style points when I was a kid.
If he just stays on his feet he has a chance.

To the goal at hand. The quoted rule doesnt matter anyway, there was no kicking motion. I dont even think he directed it on purpose, just hit his foot, bad luck.
