Pretty solid games for McDavid and Drai's lines. Hope that can happen more. You reduce the time you need to get the turds to just survive from 40 minutes to 20-25.

Yams are good for growing men who need to learn how to close out games.

I haven’t minded Sheahan and Haas’ lines lately. Sheahan’s gets considerably more difficult starts and they not only hold their own they’ve had good offensive zone possession of late.
(Maybe the fancy’s will show different, but I’m a big Sheahan fan)

They have been a bit better. I think they were on for both regulation goals last game. But also scored one.

Leafs up next... no time to take a night off.
...this time, it's for real (isn't it?).

Wasn't able to watch but sounds like Smith had a game. An upset no doubt, get the hell out of town with it. Be nice to see a W in Toronto.

I’ve been saying for a while, Mike Smith never plays 6 bad games in a row. If he loses 5, you start him, because there is a W on the way.
You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you can get a lottery pick.

Smith reminds me of a guy I played a lot rec sports with. When things weren’t going his way or he bumbled a play he’d always come up with a mysterious injury (is. Groin or hammy), but when the bounces went his way he acted invincible.
Important 2 points. 3 out 4. Next the Laffs.
