Oscargasm put it best with his “deal with the Devils” crack, because someone must have been sacrificed to get the Oilers’ secondary scoring on track tonight...

Not to complain about finally getting some secondary scoring but doesn't it seem like that whenever we do get some other guys scoring it's always in a laugher against weak competition usually in mop up time. Would be nice if they could get some of those goals in a tight 1-1, 2-1, 3-2 game when we could really use a goal against quality competition.

I was wondering about that for some of the depth players that came in here that have a history of 10-15 goals or whatever. Granny for example was mentioned in the bottom 6 last to score thread as scoring 10+ in the last 2 years. I'm too lazy to look, but its be interesting to know what part of the season these goals are coming in, is it during the fight when theres a chance, or are most of the goals when their team was playing out the string, out of it in Feb-Apr?
