High frigging glove. How a huge man can make himself so small is something else.

I know I was shocked to see another team shooting there.
We're actually lucky not to be down two. They were calling the save on Gusev a great one, but in reality, the shot was just poorly placed. Had the whole net to shoot at and put it the only place where Koskinen had a prayer of stopping it...
Hopefully they get going here...

At the very least he didn't drop his glove on the shot. He had it high, and the shot went even higher. That was a pretty damn good shot, gotta give credit to Palmieri.

Get it together suckas.

Nice rush and a goal.
If the boys can outscore what gets past Mikko's glove, they're fine.

all 4 guys could have had an assist before Drai finished that.
You almost cant draw it up better.
Bear made a nice play to win the puck then a nice pass under pressure to McDavid.
McDavid skates through the neutral zone then passes off to a driving Kassian
Drop to Nurse
Heck of a pass to Drai for the goal.
I dont remember a coast to coast team goal like that in a while. All 5 guys did their jobs and did them well

Watching NHL network on tv down here, and Scott Stevens was effusive in his praise for Bear on that play. Says that play and the whole breakout had Tippett's fingerprints all over it

No worries, I'm sure Stevens would have had to as well.
All kidding aside, he's better than most of the schmucks on NBC down here when it comes to in-studio analysis.

Oilers with all kinds of pressure but nobody has the balls to shoot. You're never going to score if you don't shoot.

I really don't want to see Nurse/Larsson again if Bear keeps playing like this. Nurse/Larsson is almost guaranteed crap with hundreds of minutes of sample size of crapness. Nurse needs a good passer with him.
Where does Larsson go when he's back? I haven't minded Persson either, but there is a chance he could go through a slump I guess.

Persson hasn't made any astounding errors yet, but watching him, his zone exit strategy is either to pass it to Klef or to bang it up the boards.

Neal with a deflection, good to see Nuge get on the scoresheet.
The bonus is my Flames fan buddy drawing the deflection to my attention with a quick text, Flames fans are actually watching Oilers games to punish themselves in watching Neal rack up goals.

Ties his total for all of last year in Game 4. Amazing. We may have to surrender that pick by US Thanksgiving...

Oilers being outworked by a team that played the night before.
Tied late in the game on the road is good all considered I guess.

I'm still trying to figure out how Koskinen wound up on his ass before that 3rd goal. WTH was he thinking?

I thought there was a bit of goaltender interference there.
Tied up his pads as he was rolling over.

No, it's more like he came out too far and failed to anticipate the cross-ice pass.

He was out of the crease, so there was no interference. On the other hand, some tension as wait on the review of what is hopefully a Connor goal....

I thought it would be a worthy challenge
Not sure what view the coaches had but I saw a shot of them watching on the tablet then deciding not to.

I’m not disputing that because that portion of the play is irrelevant to my point.
Just thought his recovery from the flop was a bit impeded.

Ok, that was seriously one of the worst OT periods I've ever seen the Oil play, and the Devils were the ones who played last night.
