So, umm... we win this lottery now, right? Hockey Gods?

Rangers win #1, and 2 teams behind us win #2 and #3 to push us to the 9th pick.

That's how things are going now.

If we can’t be in the top 5 it’s a little of this and a little of that. There is a drop in talent. Off topic but the Russian kid will slide.

Haven’t watched a second of Oilers hockey the last week... and if this injury keeps 97 out into November, is there any point of watching next year? Sigh. I need to be sold an Olympic sized swimming pool of hope right now.

3 Cups

Great that Leon was able to get 50.
Great that Gaudreau didn't get 100.

I couldn't stand what Gio did. I am sure he wasn't necessarily trying to hurt Connor but in my opinion, it's a dirty play. He was beaten by McDavid so out of desperation he dives at his legs. He was trying to take him out. When a guys skating full speed and you lunge at his legs, what do you think will happen? He's going to go down and go down hard and there is a good chance he gets hurt.

The good news is, McDavid was at the interviews walking around with nothing on or no crutches.
