I think the team is going to perform really well. We just acquired cap space, and cap space always scores a lot of goals.
Have I ever told you guys how much I hate the analysis of one trade based on the occurrence of another trade?
2015/2016 - This Kool-Aid tastes like McDavid flavoured Drain-O.
2016/2017 - This Kool-Aid is starting to taste like juice.

As many as four question marks as far as health, so lineup will be formed closer to game time.

I’m surprised they didnt test out The Kosk on back to back before signing him to be the long term starter. You’d think you’d want to know.

I don't think you're all that surprised at all, lol. This team must be so entertaining to watch from a Flames perspective, how every move management makes has a 80% chance of embarrassing the Oilers in some aspect.

I expect Benning to be dealt by the trade deadline; right hand shooting defensemen are worth something. Benning might not look visually good, but his underlying numbers are not too bad. I know +/- doesn't mean much, but his + 8 is the best the Oilers have. In Benning's case and given his contract, I suspect about a third round pick.
