Amazing super slow mo replay of Lucic's shot hitting Rittich right in the crest...

And then strong shift from Puljujarvi.

Cole is already unclear who is on the ice. "And the defenceman pinches up..."

When he ‘drove from the circle’ on that one I was thinking “if this was anyone else it may be a goal” and then he hit the crest. Smh.

Enh, cut the man some slack. The pencil-pushers in Toronto long ago decided to keep him in the east for the majority of his twilight years.

Flames, you forgot where Connor was on the ice. Mistake.

He’s indeed a legend, but you have no idea what’s going on in the game unless your eyes are on the TV all the time. Step in the next room room a second.... Bob ain’t helping you. Only if there’s a goal. It’s “they dump it in” etc. He won’t even say which team dumped it in, let alone the player. It’s humorous actually.

I enjoy Cole, for one game, like this.

Much like when I saw Guns N Roses a couple years back. Outside of Slash they are way past their best days but it was fun for nostalgia sake. Brings me back to being a kid and being allowed to stay up late to watch a long OT playoff game.

My favourite botched call so far was on the Nugent-Hopkins breakaway - "And it's you-know-who with the breakaway..."

He's confused them twice that I've seen. Mind you Quinn has confused them as well, and Quinn actually confuses D Benning for C RNH regularly.

I was just about to add this to my last post. I would rather listen to my 8 year old talk to me about Fortnite for the duration of the game than Remenda mumble and fumble his way through.

If Drai isn’t the worst player out of both teams in the 3rd, the Oilers will have a chance to hang on.

It makes me sad to see HNIC shilling for a DCU movie. At least do this only for Marvel because they make GOOD movies.

That was a good timeout by Hitch. 1st unit needs to show something here. Ridiculous all night.

Damn, almost worked. couple great chances, one off the post.

Better than McLellan chewing gum and ignoring everything I'd say.

That would have been unheard of under TM
..both that timeout and a youngster out defending a 6 on 5 . Hitch wanted Nuge's line out their and JP is on that line. I thought they were in trouble when Klef couldn't clear though.

Is this good coaching causing these wins? I’m not that good at analyzing hockey, can someone comment?

One point out of a playoff spot, with games in hand!

2015/2016 - This Kool-Aid tastes like McDavid flavoured Drain-O.
2016/2017 - This Kool-Aid is starting to taste like juice.
2017/2018 - I'm drinking this Kool-Aid, in hopes that it's Drain-O.
2018/2019 - Another round of Drain-O, good sir!

Either that or Zykov is a lucky charm! Only one thing changed. Yet the results are a total 180. Id say TM sucked as a coach.
