Blue Moon goal from 71... probably the softest player on the OIL.

...this time, it's for real (isn't it?).

McLeod and Broberg are both Charmin-soft... but I'd say most of our D core are as well.

I like how he gets a head of steam up on the forecheck, but then let’s up when he realizes his velocity may put him in a situation where he may be expected to initiate contact. He really drives me crazy tbh. I’m starting to get a bit negative about him. 🙄

I believe it happened on his first shift tonight.

BINGO.

The guy is scared of his own shadow.. he's not going to change.. part of his DNA.. move on.. Bouchard is in the same classification.. in fact too many Oilers have the same affliction.. pretty sad when guys with the most jam on the team are the most skilled in McD and LD.

Need to include psychological analysis as part of draft and pro scouting.

Need Kane back and more gritty vets especially on D.

Maybe a bit of that attitude rubs off on more players, but you need players that bring that into the room to start with. We don’t need fighters, but we do need forechecker and guys you don’t want to be in front of the net or in the corner with.

All lambs, no rams.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure that’s a quality Holland seeks out.

It's this type of showing that I question why I get up at 3am to watch the Oilers and also why I'm looking at spending close to £1000 to get to the Heritage classic. My sanity is in question

Look for a seat sale, see if you can stay at someone's house. I could walk there and I'm not sure they're worth. Hell, I can walk to the arena and I don't think it's worth it.

That last LA goal would go well with the clown tune
