Why shoot? I can’t make a no look behind the back pass to save my life today so I gotta dust the puck off for 2-3 seconds. Can’t embarrass myself more than I have already with Benny in the crowd.

-Leon Draisaitl, probably.

Give the Kings credit for clogging shooting lanes, but this means the Oil have to get much better with passing.

Did Smith fall and he can't get up?

Does he need LifeAlert?

Yes a lame assed effort so far. Hyman skating miles with the puck, LD not skating enough. Nothing at the damn net.

Thankfully, no, as he is the one Oiler who has been playing all night so far.

Wish Nurse would do this to star players, be a huge pain in their butt. Been a while since we had a super annoying Dman for the other team.

Keith and Bouch can really pull their heads out of their asses right about two periods ago. Worst pairing tonight by a mile.

Can the Oilers reach double digits in SOG in the 3rd? Can the Oilers prevail with one good period? Hope so.

I don't know if the Oilers thought LA was just going to lay down and let the Oilers play their softest, least urgent game of the series and win, but it sure looks like it. You have to wonder about the carryover into game 5 if this steamer continues the way it is.

Cliche time, but the Oilers look like they've been to an all you can eat buffet and the Kings have been starved. They look way hungrier than us today.

Saying that, we could be playing till next Saturday and I don't think we'd score a goal, this has shut out written all over it.

Just brutal effort tonight. Sure, a couple chances and quick slammed the door but didn’t make it difficult on him at all. Just brutal.

And that's fine but the rest of the lineup collectively did nothing really to change this game after those very early mistakes. This was a no show from a team that can't really afford to have them.

Well, nobody other than Smith was great tonight.

Had their chances with 3 powerplays mid-game.
