I would ALWAYS play Ryan over Archibald, who's numbers have been atrocious so far this year.
And every player is important so I don't think it makes any sense to just consider the bottom line as throw-away guys. Play your best roster. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Unless #12 is going to blow the doors off, I agree. The Oilers are naturally going to double shift McDavid and Draisaitl so why pretend like rolling 4 lines is ever going to happen?
They should have dressed 11 / 6 / 3 for the Flames game.

Seventh defenceman is now Kris Russell though...not exactly an upgrade over most of our 12th forward options. Maybe if Broberg was still up...
