Hey Yeah your right, that was a very "weird" coincidence...
I remember when he did that feeling sorry for him for screwing up such a simple task, despite having so much time to prepare for it.. hmmm .. maybe NOT a clumsy accident... :)

You can't be surprised Razaa. I don't ever see you showing up here to discuss why the Flames lost. You have an account for the sole reason of trolling after wins, either on the score sheet or the news cycle.

I don't mind opposing viewpoints, in fact it's refreshing to hear an outside take on stuff. But don't act like you're not here to troll if that's all you ever do.

You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you can get a lottery pick.

The guy who hit the button was concentrating on the balls well over the signal to select the winner, pressed it in a timed fashion to his liking.

This is an inside job.

Might have been my imagination, but when they did the close-up of the bouncing balls, it looked to me like only Penguins, Rangers, Wild and Leafs balls seemed to go up high enough.... wouldn't surprise me if the balls were literally weighted according to the NHL head office's preference.

They put Chlorine gas in the Oilers ball, and Helium in Toronto, NYR, Pittsburgh's

FWIW... I think the winning ball has the Wild’s logo on it.

I would hate that. The only team I less want to win is the Jets.

Oilers winning would be great and all.

Oilers, Leafs or Pens would be hilarious to varying degrees of outrage from the general fan community.

FLA, NYR and NASH would be fine by me. All teams I have no feelings for one way or another.

Screw the Jets and the Wild

Suppose I got one of "fine by me" picks. Oilers east for a long time. Do you think Hall signs there an FA now? Follows the lottery win as apposed to the other way around?

Got in crap from the wife as she is a Nashville fan....whoops

Hey what if that NHL ball handler is really a pro-magician brought in for the lottery.. could he have had another ball up his sleeve that clumsily-on-purpose "dropped" out of thin air into the Lotto machine? It would be the trick of all time!;)

Funny if the guy's name pops up in a Vegas magic show lol

Just saw how they did the lottery. 8 balls, 1 per team and a dude is looking right at the balls before he pushes a button to allow one to come up for the winner.

Kinda dumb. Dude shouldn't have been looking at it at all. Should have been some dude with a blindfold pushing that button.

I will also assume only 1 ball was the right size to go up the tube to win :) Or maybe there were magnets in 7 of them that would be pushed away from the opening, or attracted to eachother so 1 ball would leave the pack.

The worst thing about that Draft setup was that the Guy Pushing the Button, is Staring at the Balls as he does it. The guy should actually have been made to turn around as he pushed the button.
That button box looked like someone hacked together in his garage.
