Wow that was brutal even for an expected anti-Oilers call. Any other team the ref comes to the bench to check for blood. Pathetic!

Wow that was brutal even for an expected anti-Oilers call. Any other team the ref comes to the bench to check for blood. Pathetic!

They must have thought he was faking the blood. I'm surprised we didn't get an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on the play.

So in two games now we have a TEAM of officials (4) that REFUSE to call a clear hit to the head of Ennis, and now two (2) refs that REFUSE to call a clear 4 minute for drawing blood.. its not a discretionary call.. the rule is blood is an extra 2.. always been that way.. so it should have been a clear extra 2.. because like there was actually blood dripping down Yamo's nose...
Two games.. two calls refused to be made .. sensing a pattern? 
This doesn't even include the weak sauce calls made against Edmonton... that's another pattern.. the threshold level for what it takes to get a call made, and how it differs between teams.
