It was worth it. Might be the best part of the game.

I’m no expert, but how about hitting the net with a shot and get people to drive to the front for a rebound?

Too many misses going all the way around the boards and out of the offensive zone.

You mean shoot the puck hard and low at the net. Why would you want rebounds and to force the goalie to make rebound saves from an unset position. It would never work in the history of ever.

It's so appropriate that after we lay a massive egg on our PP that the Coyotes get a PP, set up super easily and totally own our PKers.

Maybe McLellan isn't gonna get fired, but he clearly needs some better help.

And once again, team is totally unprepared for a game. This is getting ridiculous.

We look like a team that is just riding out the season.

And Lucic is doing a great job of making Wedgewood look like a star.

Why is that a 100% of the glorious scoring chances we generate this year don’t find the back of the net, but going back the other way always find twine?

That the one where he tried to pass to McDavid when McDavid had a guy draped all over him?

I'm certainly no coaching expert, but I do think you can try a bit to convince your super young elite players to not try to overcomplicate every situation.

I was wondering how much coverage it would have gotten if Klefbom had made the turnover that Nurse did at the start of OT...

Probably a lot due to the fact that it would have been a continuation of a lot of other previous turn overs.

On the replay it looks as RNH actually deflected that. What a class guy. Just keeps his mouth shut and let’s Benning have the moment.

If that tipped off Maroon he would have reached for the skies so high you would see his rib cage, followed by a quick look at the closest referee with his ear to ear grin.

Nuge is not just deflecting for himself tonight, he’s deflecting for the team..

Absolutely.

Played a great game, both ways, greasing guys on the boards, scoring goals, stealing pucks. Actually scored 2 goals, the OT winner, and the one that bounced off of him from Bennings shot.

Lucic with some more give-aways, still a lot of blind/hope passes ending possessions.

They should send LD to the doctor, he looks gassed out there, can barely make it through a shift. He was staying on way too long tonight, could barely move his legs a few times.

Love it when Kassian scores.

Cagguila looked good tonight, even Strome and Sleepychev.
