Seek and Destroy again? Didn't we play that for the info in Rogers Place?

I think CBC/rogers is adding it on to the broadcast, it has been on every playoff game.

I don't know why they would do that, it is much cooler to have your own song in the arena...the Oilers must have one no? I remember the 06 run everytime I here Pump It by the Black Eyed Peas.

It's the first time all series that the Sharks have held the lead in a game. Hopefully the Oil can get it back before the end of the period...

Judging by the first 10 minutes the Oilers will be hard pressed to get a PP this game as well.

I can see why TMac would have Drai anchor his own line, but I still have misgivings, given that his passing has been problematic at times...

The Sharks strategy is to fling everything at the net and get the faceoffs in our zone.

And of course they score. To be fair, Thornton shouldn't have been left alone like he was that low on the line, however.

What is the point of Russell wrapping around a Shark like that in that scenario...all the way up at the blue line. I thought it was a fair call.

That said, it would sure be nice if we come ahead in powerplays one day. No refs want to call any Sharks infractions. 4 games in and we haven't been on the right side once.

It wasn't a fair call- watch the replay. Russell basically had his stick between Couture's arm and torso with almost no contact at all. The refs are clearly trying to help the Sharks along there.

The buzzer can't come quick enouogh to get in and regroup. Not to different to game 1, just need some luck to change the game.

Doesn't feel like it will be our night - RHN hesitates on the pass and then misses the open cage.

Still 2 periods to go, but this is not turning out to be good times at all.

Meh, we all knew the Sharks would be coming out hard tonight. They are playing right now like they want it more, likely because this is more of a must-win game for them than it is for the Oil.

Nuge needs to work on a backhand shot. So many times he gets out in the slot but is on his backhand so he won't shoot.

And there's a post. Two lucky bounces = two goals for the Sharks, while we get the post. Might be one of those nights.

After a bad start to the period, Oilers have been playing a lot better.

Too bad that start got us down 2-0.

The Oil need to keep up the effort they showed in the last 5 minutes, I agree. I don't think the Sharks can keep up their energy if the Oil start to run them ragged in their own end. Take advantage of the age difference, boys!
