Glad they scored. Was starting to feel like one of those games (and it still could be)

I would pay money if they could play "Sex Bomb," every time Klefbom scores. I guess I'll always have YouTube.

Completely agree with you on that. Feels like such a lax game from both teams. Glad to be awake and to see us up 2-0 after that period.

I don't know, the Oilers haven't been the most consistent, but they're winning battles and they've kept pretty good pressure going.

There's definitely a better team in the game thus far, and it's the Oilers. Whether they keep is up the next two periods remains to be seen, but it's the first game I've been to in a while that feels like I'm getting my money's worth.

Agreed VS. I thought that was a really good period overall. Oilers were first to most pucks, won most battles when they werent and had a lot more shot attempts. I dont know the zone time but I felt like the game was played mostly in the Stars end.

They should find a way to sneak an assist in for Benning. Threw a really good hit then stood up and battled most of the Stars until the puck came out of the scrum to Nurse. I hope nobody mentions the lack of heart this team shows...

True, but Niemi has to have that shot. If he's out challenging another foot its a save.

Good goal by the Double-D to help stunt that momentum a bit.

5-1, Maroon gets the top 6 on the board.

Also, must say it's nice to see an Oilers game on TV, in real time.

Last Oilers game I went to, we lost hard to the Canucks.

This one's a lot better so far.

They just said this is the 13th time the Stars have pulled a goalie this year?!?!? Once every 5 games or so. Yikes

It's annoying, because I swear the hawks now are going to be all treating games like fun time trying to get kane another Art Ross. They have won everything already, so now it's just a game to them to get guys more hardware.

So this is what it's like to watch an opposing team offer themselves up as sacrificial lambs to help your team break a bunch of slumps in scoring. Feels good to be on the other side... icon_nod

Watching the Dallas feed via Centre Ice... two out two Dallas announcers agree Nugent-Hopkins had a distinct kicking motion. Goal stands... 6-1.

Then McDavid... 7-1.

We want 8!
