Did McDavid bounce that off the boards to himself?

Not burying those early chances when shots were 7-0 come back to bite. Wings have been owning this.

Nice to have Desharnais get his first assist. Like his style so far, can see what people mean when they say he plays like a big guy.

That's what happens when you buy a 50% faceoff guy. You can expect him to win HALF of them baby!

Desharnais and his new linemates have looked pretty damn good so far. Maybe that Chia guy was onto something when he made that trade...

He's played 9 minutes of hockey with the Oilers. I'm going to wait a bit on that.

He's had only 1 faceoff win. Thankfully the one that resulted in Larssons seeing eye shot being deflected by Kassian.

3rd line as been good. Caggiula looks good on the wing without the extra pressure. DD making some good plays with his new linemates. Kassian going full Laraque with some of those plays along the boards :)

If Drai can fix his passing game, he'll be a true beast at center. icon_neutral

He is definitely a streaky player still. His passing on a given night covers the full range of elite to god awful. Lately, he's been really slow making his mind up on plays and telegraphing a lot of what he does.

Really liking Desharnais' game so far. Game could easily be 6-1 if not for Mrazek.

Woo attaboy Ebs! Needed that.

Eberle's backhand hasn't suffered. Should stick to it.

Extremely pleased with the production from the second line lately.

It looks more to me like the Oil think that this game is in the bag and can stop skating. Hopefully TMac slaps them awake.

P.S.: It is nice to see the Oil on the giving end of this scenario, at least.

Kassian has an extra gear tonight.

That line has looked good in its first game together.
