Dallas is a very cross-check-y team

Drai 43
McDavid 40
Marchand 32
Pasta, Carlson 31
Generational Matthews (It's true, he's a once in a generation "Matthews") 27

McDavid is gonna have to help more bottom 6 guys score on broken line changes to catch Drai.

A two on one with Archibald may just be in the cards (yes, I realize he’s playing with Neal and Nuge but he’s still that secondary scoring dude that needs to get off the schnide)

Surprise surprise, it was Corey Perry falling on top of the goalie after the whistle.

Alright boys, let turn the momentum around. Can't play the rest of the game in your own zone.

Ok, you guys did your good deed by generously coughing up the lead you had over the Stars. Maybe start playing again?!? angryfire

OPh come on. Benn has been a bum all year and in his game he's playing like it's 5 years ago with prime Joe Thornton hands.

lame.

Credit to the Stars for their 3rd period, they weren't in this until then. Oilers sat back, Dallas got a couple calls.

3 Cups

I was at the game with my youngest. It was quite the high and low game. They played a bit loose defensively but pretty well for 2 periods and then stunk it up in the 3rd. The McDavid - Leon line was BAD defensively in the 3rd and the OT they were awful. I thought Nuge's line was pretty bad.

I didn't love Koskinen's game, especially the Seguin goal but he made some unbelievable saves to bail out the Oilers several times. Some of the Dallas's goals were 10 bell chances that the Oilers can't give up.

It's too bad. They get 2 goals from a bottom 6 guy which they haven't got plus a goal from a dman. So that's 3 goals from not McDavid, Leon or Neal. You score 4 goals and you lose. Missed opportunity.

Hopefully after losing a game they had control of to Dallas and the beat down the Sharks gave them not long ago, we will see a very inspired team in San Jose.
