Amanda Wood indeed.

2015/2016 - This Kool-Aid tastes like McDavid flavoured Drain-O.
2016/2017 - This Kool-Aid is starting to taste like juice.
2017/2018 - I'm drinking this Kool-Aid, in hopes that it's Drain-O.
2018/2019 - Another round of Drain-O, good sir!

Oh yeah. We have some very grainy hard wood in Sask, it’s generallly plural unless it’s your own wife.

What in the hell was Drai doing on that PK? Just standing there confused. Easily could have pressured the shooter on that goal against.

With Yamamoto, Jones and Benning. Quite the offensive punch there.

I know they haven’t contributed much offensively, but would Reider and JP not be better options on the PP?

Connor managed to score on that PP despite the best efforts of Drai. Expect no less from McJesus.

I was pretty impressed with the power play, even prior to the goal being score. The Oilers managed to control and move the puck effectively while forcing the Canucks into a smaller box. The whole thing looked dangerous.

Now Toby on a breakaway... not so dangerous.

That’s a valid point Pi. They controlled it better.

I jumped up from the couch on that break... Toby breaking out of this slump (? Can we call it a slump?) would be huge for the Oilers playoff chances.

They moved the puck well on both PP's, but Drai needs to shoot more instead of trying to make the perfect pass.

He’s got an absolute cannon from the half boards, when they set him up for it. He had the one, on the first PP I believe, where Markstrom got enough of his glove on it to put it over the net. Aside from that, they looked to be swapping Drai and Conner in that spot to maybe open it up?

Currently he's the chief amateur scout in the Okanagan bureau. Fun fact, he's a third tier sommelier.

Lots of possession but ineffective PP ..... until Connor does it by himself. PP needs an overhaul, but another goal just gives them an excuse not to.
