The team is disappointed in their past two performances and come out with a fiery passion!

Well they have won 3 of the last 5. The two losses coming against the dominate Hawks and the second half of a back to back. Bryz should be in goal tonight and goalies of his ilk usually come back strong. A win tonight makes this road trip a successful one. Then back home for 5 against teams we have a shot to get on a roll with. The chalice shall be ours yet.

I think going with Bryzgalov again is a huge mistake. We are going to be going into next year with no goal tending. Dubs will be fragile and Bryzgalov will move on. This organization makes one bad move after another. I am so frustrated with this team right now.

I would suggest this will be the case whether we play Dubnyk or Bryzgalov. I don't think it matters who plays, this will be the end result (either that or Dubnyk AND Bryzgalov move on).

I'd really like for them to go out and find a young goalie like Reimer or someone, although there isn't a lot of them on the market. There are a lot of UFA goalies, but a lot of them will be in the back part of their career and you'll be paying a premium.

It's not a great situation.

Hopefully there is something left to watch as I doubt my tv changes from the Kc vs Den game until it's over...

If Bryzgalov showcases himself, he might be able to be traded at the deadline to a contenting team, and we will be able to accumulate some assest for nothing more than a signing.

Maybe this was the genious of MacT all along?

Trust they are not playing Bryzgalov solely to get us into the playoffs, as that hope is all but dead. However just think of what a top 10 goalie (hoping he can play to that level the rest of the way through) might be able to get us... picture the current LA situation fast forwarded to trade deadline - if a team like that is in need of a veteran starter, there is Miller and Brzygalov playing for the right to be traded.
