Look at Chiasson scoring like a superstar..

So it takes a 3-goal deficit to wake the team up. Yay?

The team has been flying since the start of this one. We've been doubling them up in shots all night long. We just couldn't get a save.

One more period like that thought and we should win this one yet.

And our sniper Nurse hasn't even found the back of the net yet. I'd say this one is in the bag.

If Koskinen can holdup his end of the bargain, the rest should take care of itself in the 3rd.

Shots 19-12, down 4-1. I know some of those were tough shots, but that’s what good goalies do - they occasionally stop tough shots in addition to not regularly allowing soft ones to get by them.

The last 2 games honestly are a perfect Mike Smith sample. Unbeatable one day followed by a few stinkers. If we make the playoffs we’re not making it far with this tandem.

... I’m thinking this also. I know I’ve said the opposite.

Ehh, they are doing the smart thing in this situation: stop pretending to play defence and just go flood-tip into the opposing end...

..,and of course as I write this, the Jets score again. $&&# my life...

If Holland isn’t offering up our first and any prospect not named Bouchard, then he should be fired. We need Gibson.

If Bouchard is the sticking point? Deal him.

Honestly, there’s a log jam on D for expansion. Why not use a Jones or Bear to get a goalie?

Jones maybe. I'm not moving Bear. Barrie is gone after this season, Larsson is almost done. bear and Bouchard should give us a good future on RHD.

I like bear and all, but to get a quality g we are going to have to give a quality assets. Trading bear isn't ideal but if it gets you a true number one do it.

He's been benched for a month. Other teams are going to have noticed that.

You're going to need to move Broberg and a 1st to get a top goalie. If you'd lucky, maybe it's Samorukov and one of the good college forward prospects and a first.

And we should do either of those trades too.

Depends on the goalie coming back but there really shouldn't be many untouchables, even if it creates a hole elsewhere a true number one guy is harder to find than most positions
