The Oil just displayed their usual ineptitude on D, nothing new here unfortunately. However, I thought that last goal should have been called back as offside.

There is an argument to run 10 forwards and 8 D. Archibald can have spot duty and kill penalties.

And now we are down. 👎🏽

Jesus, Tippett, just give Bouchard a damn shot. There is NO way he could possibly be more of a liability on D than Nurse or Bear are right now, not to mention Jones. THREE MINUTES TO GO FROM ONE UP to TWO DOWN.

There is not a single defenseman in the current lineup that is playing at a consistent league-average level. They’re all awful right now.

Did I miss us using our time out earlier? We had to start that shift with a bunch of turds and hope somehow we can swap them with our good players?

It was Tippett's devious plan to get Turris an extra minus. Dash three on the night to take him to -8 on the season. Yikes.

Sucks he is almost exactly as advertised. Gagner without any of the battle and a tiny bit more shooting skill and speed. Not exactly the guy you are gonna anchor a good 3rd line with, nor use to help your PK.

At least Gagner has jam.

Yup. You're never gonna see Turris mixing it up with players. Once in a while he might pull off a skill play, but otherwise, mainly gonna notice him in the shot for GA's.

Did I miss us using our time out earlier? We had to start that shift with a bunch of turds and hope somehow we can swap them with our good players?

I was wondering the same thing. If we still had a timeout left and didn’t use it there, that was absolutely moronic.

Had a plane to catch? Inexcusable.

I was thinking the same thing... Turris, Neal and Kass with 1:20 to go after Connor just walks a rope to get you within 1?
