This is just pure comedy at this point.
Wherever Connor goes, I goes.

In fairness to Hall, I've wanted to throw a waterbottle at Eakins all season.

Perlini should have done that 3 mins in, not with 3 mins left.

If we could start to get some solid .800 goaltending then we’d be in business.

What, Keith and Russell both standing and staring at the shooter isn't a good strategy?

Hahahahaha. I. Just. Cant. 😂

Something’s gotta give... right? You can’t just site idle. Sure, first period this team was flying. But weak goal, followed by a defensive breakdown goal then you show a little life only to have your goalie let in another stinker and the team just SINKS.

Oh and someone threw a jersey on the ice? It’s windy. You’re gonna get cold you dumb dumb.

Two people threw jerseys on the ice and the one guy was walking back to his car just in front of me. I can confirm, he did look cold. To be fair it was still plus weather prior to game time so maybe he underestimated how chilly the wind would be between the downtown buildings.

Honestly, didn’t really feel like a blowout night. The Oilers had lots of chances, a couple that hit iron, a couple that squeaked through Bobrovsky but couldn’t find the net… and then I think the team kind of quit late when it got out of hand and the score got ugly fast.

Things are definitely starting to look bleak for Holland’s streak of not firing coaches mid-season. I don’t think you can let this continue for too much longer sitting on your hands.

I will say, it’s a pretty good living to make $5MM per season and only have to make decisions or do anything at the trade deadline, around the draft and the first two weeks of July.

I’ll do the job for half that, Daryl!!!

Been a while since we've seen this team just completely quit. Maybe Eakins days.

The first period was fun, felt like playoff hockey. It has been downhill from there.

I actually burst out laughing at the 6th goal. My wife commented that the Oilers finally broke me.

5th and 6th had be laughing pretty hard. I loved the 5v5 passive PK game plan on the 6th one.

Although maybe a Florida panther devouring a helpless deer is the better analogy here?

If were talking about the Oilers here its more like a monkey that swallowed a hand grenade. This too will take some time to clean up.
