It really does. The 3-3 is super deadly because they generate odd man rushes. When the PP gets set up, it's just trying to force the same passes across ice into holes that aren't there.
The PP really needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Two men high, focus on the point shot, get other players in front of the net.
