Looked to be over the line completely to me as well. But we all know how the video reviews go against the Oilers. Not shocked one bit.

The puck didn't completely cross the line, so that was actually a good call. Thankfully, it didn't matter in the end.

Disagree.

I'm with Rag. The goal line was too fuzzy on my <Klefbom> TV for me to think it completely crossed the line.

On my HD <97> TV, the circumference of the the disk was clearly past the plane of the goal line.

Don’t focus on the fuzz. Look at the entire line and then the circle. It was a goal.

nope, a couple of frames clearly showed the puck was fully across the line (even at 1080p)

If there is no pic attached to this...my fail!
I'm a tile setter by trade, so straight lines are my thing. I can clearly see a thin white, straight line on the end of that puck. That's in 110%. This is exactly what reviews should be for, and should get right. Whomever is in Toronto clearly needs to learn how to make a no biased, by the book call.

Case in point-
Rule 617 | Goals and Assists
(a) A goal shall be scored when the puck has completely crossed the goal line between the posts and under the cross bar. ...
you're telling me there camera has the focus equivalent to the Hubble Space telescope, and that there was still 1 mm of puck touching the line?

Of course we won the game anyways, and i'm just having fun with this...but still. Come playoffs. That better be a goal, and for the Oilers!

And that is the new angle from inside the goal post. Really no room for interpretation here, that camera is right on the plane of the line.

Stupid NHL. Apparently they told Hitch they had another camera that showed paint still covered. I assume that would be the net cam at the back lol.

Not even 'No evidence for overturn'. Somebody in Toronto determined that that didn't go over the line.
